I have extensively revised the Tools and Template sections of the website.

The main improvements include:

• Revised content: I have revised (and I am still revising) the content, updating the tool descriptions, making them more descriptive, and linking them to specific versions of the tools. Eventually, this will allow me to link tutorial and in-depth reviews of some tools
• Revised templates: I have made a pass on the templates, adding instructions and perfectioning the layout and content where needed
• New templates: I have made available some new templates, such as the COCOMO intermediate model

In perspective I would to provide a more organic access to resources:. The starting point will be something similar to the tools and templates page page, which presents all the templates and tools at a glance.
